Justin and I have been administering an extensive study of Vietnamese vermicelli bowls to find out which nearby restaurant serves up the most tasty rendition. Last night's survey was conducted at Le Bambou...so, far it has received the highest rankings for quality, most bizarre wait staff, and ability to efficiently pack in hungry customers as if it were a rush hour metro train.
